The Prop Pit does not issue refunds. Because evaluations are free and you only pay an activation fee after passing, there is typically no purchase to refund during the evaluation phase.
How Pricing Works
Our pricing model is designed so that traders have no financial risk during evaluation:
- Evaluations are free — there is no cost to take an evaluation.
- No payment until you pass — you only pay an activation fee when choosing to activate your funded account after passing.
- Once activated, no refunds — once the activation fee has been paid and your funded account is live, no refunds are issued.
No Refunds
Once an activation fee has been paid and your funded account is activated, we do not issue refunds. By paying the activation fee, you are confirming your intent to begin trading as a funded trader.
Note
If you have not yet paid an activation fee, there is nothing to refund. Your evaluation is completely free and you are under no financial obligation until you choose to activate your funded account.
